Sharing your Shop Code
You can Share or Print out your Shop QR code to receive payments from other Shop2Shop users:
From the Homescreen, tap on the QR code icon
Another user can scan the QR code to make a payment
You can share the Code via Whatsapp to another person
You can print out the code if you have a Shop1 or FlashGo Device

Placing an Order
To place an order on Shop2Shop, follow these steps:
From the Homescreen, tap on Order
Select your Supplier
Add your products to your Cart
Select delivery and payment options
Select the Account you want to make the payment from
Confirm all the details and proceed to place the order

Paying a Supplier
To pay a Supplier, follow these steps:
From the Homescreen, tap on Pay Supplier
Select the supplier to pay
Enter an amount and reference or invoice number
Select the Shop account from which you want to pay
Confirm all details, and proceed to pay

Transfer funds
You can Transfer funds to other Shops, or to your Flash account by following these steps:
For Flash:
From the Homescreen, tap on Accounts
Select Transfer between Accounts
Enter the Amount
Select the From and To account
Proceed with Transfer
For Shops:
From the Homescreen, tap on Transfer
Select the Shop or Add a friend to pay
Enter the Amount
Select the account you want to pay from
Enter a Reference
Proceed with Transfer
Top Ups
With Top Ups, you can top up another Shop2Shop Account, or another Flash Account
For Shop2Shop:
From the Homescreen, tap on Top Ups
Select Shop2Shop
Scan the other Shop's QR Code, or Enter the Shop Code
Enter the Amount and Reference
Proceed with Top Up
For Flash:
From the Homescreen, tap on Top Ups
Enter the Amount
Enter the Flash Cell number for the Flash Account
Enter a Reference
Proceed with Top Up
Scan2Pay
To quickly pay someone using the Scan2Pay feature, follow these steps:
From the Homescreen, tap on the Camera icon
Scan the Shop's QR Code, or Enter the Shop Code
Enter the Amount and Reference
Proceed with payment

Tap2Pay Support queries
For general Tap2Pay queries, see the points below
Send your full Shop Name and Tap2Pay Serial when making enquiries.
For Errors, please send a Photo of the Error message to our Whatsapp line at 062 467 5939.
Use a valid Email Address when registering your Shop2Shop account.
Link Tap2Pay with Shop2Shop Account
Follow the below steps to link your Tap2Pay Device with your Shop2Shop Account:
Open Shop2Shop App
Tap on Menu and then Profile
Tap on Tap2Pay
Select TAP2PAY
Select Link New Device
Input the 9-digit S/N located at the back of your Tap2Pay card device and link

Pair Tap2Pay via Bluetooth
Follow the guided steps below to Pair your Tap2Pay device with Shop2Shop
Switch Bluetooth to "on", on your Smart Device
On the Tap2Pay device, Press and Hold the "Green Tick" button for 10 seconds
Open Bluetooth or you Smart Device and choose "mPress" from the list
Confirm the PassKey on both devices

General Troubleshooting
Cannot swipe card
Note that our Tap2Pay devices do not allow for card swipe options due to security reasons. Please
proceed with using either the “Tap” or “Insert card” functions.
General Safe Enquiries
Please note the following when contacting us regarding Safe Support
Please provide us with your Full Shop Name and Shop Code
For Error Messages, send a picture or video of the error
Don't drop Torn Notes; Notes with Folds; Notes with Sellotape or Paperclips
Please register your safe with a Valid Email Address
Please assist CIT with Bag Removals
For Cash Removal slips, please send a photo of the slip to 082 849 4953 on every collection
Please insert a copy of the slip in the bag, before sealing it for collection
